I have competed at the National level in the Under 90kg class within the Australian Powerlifting League (APL), and coached athletes to similar elite levels.
My philosophy is simple: Powerlifting is about pushing your limits, but also having fun while doing so.
We use programming based on RPE to track performance and fatigue throughout the weeks to not only ensure we are training hard enough but also to minimise injuries along the way.
Training shouldn’t be a chore, there should be a shared goal in mind between client and coach and enjoying your competitions and training is the hallmark of good coaching and allows you to hit your long term goals in the sport.
