Mission Statement
Why Bison Osteo is different to other Allied Health Providers…
Too many people have experienced a healthcare service where the provider has seemed disinterested, failed to remember important personal details, forgotten the goals of the patient or been provided ‘cookie-cutter’ rehabilitation programs.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide healthcare that goes beyond just the anatomy and biology of recovery.
We believe that in healthcare, there is no ‘one size fits all’ and that our lives are entirely unique and different.
We believe in creating a relationship between the practitioner and the patient that helps create an environment of trust, understanding and empathy.
By communicating and understanding the expected and unexpected changes one experiences over their life; along with the needs and goals of the patient in their process of growth, we can create increased resilience, strength and confidence in one’s life.
We believe that a shift in the culture of healthcare is required to keep up to date with the available research.
And that is why we do, what we do.
No lock in appointments or unnecessary appointments.
No financial coercion with ‘value packs’.
No out-of-date/incorrect scientific explanations (eg: joint misalignment, wrong pillow, ‘slipped’ disc).
No ‘in and out’ sessions in 15 minutes or under.
